I've invented a new Norwegian city. The last post should have read Bergen. Had a relaxing day so far. Waiting for R & N to come in. Fixed the satellite dish and looking for other bits and bobs to do. Going for a long walk tomorrow. I bought some gloves for WP and I for our winter excursions up the Munroes. Anyway off to find summat else to do.

Cold and wet in Bewrgen and I'd forgotten how expensive it was. Good to see B and Ruth. Met some old pals too and the bloody traitor of a dog who seems to have forgotten me. Or maybe she has it too good. Having a nice evening in with a glass of wine. Happy Birthday to me bruvver. AND almost forgot I got a new Nephew today. B's youngest brother Leon is now a daddy. All are doing well at last reports.

Was on a course today with the rest of the team minus the big boss (by design) the intention was to try to re-build the lost team spirit. It was a good day led by an excellent provider. We hope to see the benefits of it filter through in the next few weeks.
