Here's a photo of my friend Liz and her new baby (nr 2) Patrick Joseph Oxspring - with Hubby Darren looking on - well done to all.
I've just started doing my rounds of PDRs (Performance Development Review). It gives those that I line manage a chance to ask for training and systems to help them do their job. It's an important part of my job but it seems to be one loooooong moan. I have 12 to do and 4 done so at least I'm well on my way.

I started my diet again yesterday, did a bit of training earlier tonight but no running. I've been moving Shona into her new flat on the 3rd floor of a block of flats so that's enough training for tonight. I'm going to relax now and listen to my new Nina Simone CD and read a bit.

I've just finished "around Ireland with a Fridge" I found it enjoyable as I'd been to many of the places mentioned and could imagine the people that he met.

Nathan bought the new Harry Potter pc game for his new 'puter and is a permanent fixture.

Forgot to say that I've started running again.

Last week was certainly one of the longest weeks I've had in a long time. I managed to pass the first exam and I'm now an accredited Project Mnager for what that's worth. The second exam was to gain practitioners status and I won't know the result of that for some time but I have no burning desire either way for that exam. I took Today off to help Shona move into her new flat. Bit of a waste as the house keys were missing so she couldn'y actually move in.
Feeling very tired tonight. I'll certainly be in bed early.
