Have had a very relaxing time.
B. is here and it has been great. Nathan is 15 today so we had lots of food and cake.
B and
I bought a bottle of wine and a lovely bottle of malt. Off to Oban again tomorrow. I'm taking B. with me.

My older brother and his wife were here for the weekend. We went out last night and drank far too much. My body hates me at the moment and I can't say that I blame it. I've felt better. All I can think about is having a snooze. So I may just do so.
This coming week is going to be a trial on my nerves. There's far too much happening at work and not all of it is good. I'm off to Dunoon on the 8am ferry from Tarbert to Portamhadie. I then have to drive all the way around as the ferry goes to Arran during the middle of the day and I'd have to wait until 3.45 before I could get back to Tarbert. I need to head back to the office tomorrow anyway.

Well, I had a long run to Glasgow today looking for some new equipment for our new workshop in Campbeltown. Had a good day out with lunch at Harry Ramsdens. Fish n'chips.
I was home early and called the office to see what was happening. All is well with us but it seems our workload may be about to get much bigger. Something unexpected came up that I'll explain later.

I actually don't have my eyes shut in that last pic but the wind is blowing directly at me.

Climb every mountian, Ford every stream............
Nearly got my head blown off up the hills today but it was worth it - no cobwebs left.

Nathan and I went to Oban for a wee bit of shopping today. Both he and I got shoes. We bought a new keyboard for the laptop. This laptop has a norwegian keyboard and was confusing me a bit as I use the work pc all day for most days so going from uk to no keyboard was muddling me a bit.
Ouir main goal today was to find a present for B. whose birthday it is today. Happy Birthday to B. But that didn't happen. We got a bit lost with all the goodies and couldn't decide what to buy.
My bro just bought the entire kilt outfit and as he already had a pair of Ghillie brogues I will buy hte new ones from him and that's me completely fitted out too. Men in skirts eh?
Off to the Isle of Bute again on Monday, Glasgow on Tuesday and then Dunoon for a fight on Wednesday. Miniature globetrotter.

I've had a good day at work today. Not too many hassles and things are going the way i want. I ordered a new pc for my office as well so tht was good. This all came about after we installed MS2003 on my work laptop. The technician reminded us that for H&S reasons we are not allowed to use a laptop for more than 2 hrs per day. So we all got new pc's :0)
We finally set up the new company today and I am to head this as well as my other job. The boss intimated that I could jump 2 pay grades instead of just one, but i'll wait until I get the permanent job first.
Nathan and I will go to Oban this weekend and see the Narnia film and get him some clothes. B. has her birthday on Saturday too so we'll sort that out too.

Home at last! It has been an eventful holiday to say the least. Not the best I've hads but there have been highlights. I got a new niece on the 29th thanks to my sister Joan and her Hubby Tim. Baby is called Elizabeth Iona - to be called Elissa.
Roisin and Veli were wonderful. I can't get enough of them. Sponged a luch off Dino in Buncrana and moaned at him. Thanks for listening!
More cheery new to follow once I've settled in home again.
I can't seem to blog from work as it won't let me sign on or rather the sign on icon isn't there. Could be some kind of blocker they have put into the system.
